By opting in to SMS from Keys Auto Supply, you agree to receive text messages from NAPA Auto Parts – Keys Auto Supply at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. 1. Our two programs
Keys Auto Supply runs two separate text message programs. Joining one does not join you to the other, and leaving one does not remove you from the other.

Agreeing to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of buying anything from Keys Auto Supply or of opening an account with us.
2. Message frequency
Messaging frequency may vary.
- Service Alerts — depends on your order and account activity. Most customers hear from us only when a part arrives, an order status changes, or an account notice is due.
- Offers & Announcements — up to 4 messages per month.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Keys Auto Supply does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send and receive. Check your plan with your carrier.
4. How to opt out
To opt out at any time, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get one confirmation message, and we will send nothing further from that program.

- Emailing privacy@keysautosupply.com
If you opt out and later want messages again, just opt in again using the methods in Section 1.

6. Delivery and carrier liability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can be affected by network conditions, device settings, roaming, and service outages.
7. If your number changes
If you change or give up the mobile number you gave us, please tell us promptly so we do not send messages meant for you to someone else.
8. Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as our messaging platform provider, is limited to what is needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions. The current version is always posted at policies.keysautosupply.com/sms-terms with an updated effective date. Staying in our text message programs after an update means you accept the revised terms.
