SMS consent
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Mobile information and telephone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that provide support services, such as our messaging platform provider, is permitted only to the extent needed to deliver the messages you asked for. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.
5. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
Keys Auto Supply runs two separate text message programs. Consent to one is not consent to the other.
Service Alerts (transactional) — parts-ready and order-status alerts, account and billing notices, and replies to your customer-service questions. You can join by giving your mobile number to a Keys Auto Supply employee and agreeing to receive these messages. We record your agreement with the date and the employee who took it.
Offers & Announcements (promotional) — sales, specials, and marketing messages, up to 4 per month. We send these only where you have signed a separate written or electronic consent for marketing text messages. Agreeing to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchase or of opening an account.
For both programs: messaging frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can text STOP at any time to opt out, and you can text HELP for assistance. Full terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
We keep records of when and how each mobile number was enrolled and when any opt-out was received.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, remember your preferences, hold shopping cart contents, and help us understand how the site is used.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Turning cookies off may affect how the site works.
Our site links to third-party sites, including NAPA Online and our social media pages. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Access is limited to employees who need the information to do their jobs. Payment card transactions are handled by our payment processor over encrypted connections.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including servicing your account, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. Records tied to commercial credit accounts and invoices are kept for the periods required by applicable recordkeeping rules.
9. Your choices and rights
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message from the program you want to leave.
- Access, correction, or deletion — contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond as applicable law requires. Some information has to be kept for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
- Marketing preferences — ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time. We will still send transactional messages about your orders and account unless you opt out of those separately.
Residents of Florida and other states may have additional rights under state law. Contact us and we will honor any rights that apply to you.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at policies.keysautosupply.com/privacy-policy with an updated effective date. We will flag material changes at the top of the page.
